1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Thaluri Games ("we", "us") handles information when you use Zero it! ("the App"). The App is a casual puzzle game where you connect numbered balls in a single swipe to reduce all values to zero and complete each level.
Zero it! does not require registration, login, or an email address. We do not operate our own servers or backend for this App. Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not directly collect or store on our servers:
- Name, email, phone number, or postal address
- User accounts or login credentials
- GPS location
- Contacts, photo gallery, camera, or microphone data
- Payment card or banking details (payments are processed only by Google Play or the Apple App Store)
- Proprietary analytics (we do not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or similar tools in this App)
- Web cookies — the App is native and does not browse the general web
3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App saves the following data using local storage (SharedPreferences) on your device only. This data is not sent to Thaluri Games servers and can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device settings.

4. Data Accessed Temporarily on Your Device
The App may access the following only on your device, without sending it to us:
- System language/locale — for translations or manual language selection
- Screen width — to size the adaptive AdMob banner
- In-memory screenshot — only when you tap "Share victory"; shared via the system share sheet to the app you choose (WhatsApp, etc.)
- In-memory timestamp — to enforce minimum interval between interstitial ads (not persisted)
5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Google AdMob (Google LLC)
When ads are active, the App displays:
- Adaptive banner at the bottom of the screen
- Full-screen interstitial between sessions (after a win, subject to frequency rules: minimum 3 levels completed, minimum 5 seconds of play, minimum 10 seconds between displays)
- Rewarded video (optional) for an extra hint or undo when free limits are reached
AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising ID (GAID/IDFA), IP address, ad interaction data, and technical device information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads depending on your device settings. See Google Privacy Policy.
The one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase (product ID: remove_ads) permanently disables all ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) on your device/store account.
5.2 Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We receive only purchase confirmation (product ID and status). Financial data remains with Google or Apple.
5.3 System Share (share_plus)
When you share the App or a victory, the operating system's share sheet opens. We do not receive a copy of what you share. The destination and data depend on the app you choose.
5.4 External Browser (url_launcher)
When you tap Privacy Policy in Settings, the policy URL opens in your external browser. We do not track that action.
6. Permissions
Android: INTERNET (AdMob and store communication for IAP); com.android.vending.BILLING (Google Play purchases). We do not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions.
iOS: AdMob via GADApplicationIdentifier in Info.plist. No sensitive permissions (location, camera, etc.) are declared.
7. Network Communication
The App uses the internet only for: Google Mobile Ads SDK; Google Play / App Store IAP queries and restore; opening the privacy policy URL in your browser (user action). There is no Thaluri API, cloud sync, remote database, or login. Game content (levels, audio, ad configuration) is bundled in the App.
8. Legal Bases and Purposes (LGPD / GDPR)
- Performance of service / contract: local game progress, settings, IAP functionality
- Consent / legitimate interest (as applicable): advertising via AdMob, subject to your jurisdiction and device ad settings
- User preferences: sound, music, and language toggles
9. Sharing and Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the third parties listed above, solely to provide ads and process purchases. Ad personalization depends on AdMob and your device settings.
10. Your Rights
- Delete local data: uninstall the App or clear app data in Android/iOS settings
- Opt out of ads: purchase Remove Ads, or limit ad personalization in device settings (Android: Ads personalization; iOS: Limit Ad Tracking)
- Restore purchases: Settings screen or Remove Ads screen in the App
- LGPD / GDPR rights: contact privacy@thaluri.com to request information or exercise your rights. Because we do not store personal data on our servers, most requests relate to third-party services (Google, Apple)
11. Data Retention
Local data is kept while the App is installed and removed when you uninstall or clear data. AdMob and store providers retain data according to their own policies. Thaluri Games does not retain personal data on its own servers for this App.
12. Security
We apply reasonable measures within the App. No electronic storage is 100% secure. Because data stays on your device, protecting your device (PIN, biometrics) helps safeguard your progress.
13. International Transfers
Google (AdMob) and Apple/Google (stores) may process data on servers outside your country, including outside Brazil. Such transfers are subject to their safeguards and applicable law (e.g., LGPD Art. 33).
14. Children and Teens
Zero it! is a casual puzzle game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. The App contains third-party advertising (AdMob). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users and consider ad settings and the Remove Ads option.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL and linked in App Settings → Privacy Policy. Material changes may be communicated via app store update notes or in-app notice.
